The contemporary Iranian music of Section I and the collaborative composition in Section II between Ravi Shankar and Philip Glass, two world-class artists merging the tonalities of their respective cultures, combine with Ms. Stifler’s choreography to explore the subtle and not so subtle nuances of cultural influences.
